CRM

2.5x sales growth. 3,500 new customers in 90 days. Built for the team that closes.

A sales team was closing deals faster than their spreadsheets could track them. We built a custom CRM tailored to their pipeline model, replacing fragmented tools with a single system that shows every rep exactly where each deal stands and what to do next.

The starting point

The client's sales team was running on a combination of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and a generic CRM that didn't map to how they actually worked. Deal stages were inconsistent between reps, follow-up tasks were missed, and leadership had no reliable view of pipeline health. When they hired aggressively to grow, the broken process scaled with them: more reps, more chaos. They needed a system built around their sales motion, not one that required their sales motion to change to fit the software.

What we built

We started by mapping how deals actually moved through their pipeline: not the ideal process, but the real one. From that, we defined a stage model with clear entry and exit criteria, and built the CRM around it. Every deal had a mandatory next action: no deal could sit stagelessly. The dashboard was designed for the rep first, the manager second: the home screen showed today's tasks, overdue follow-ups, and pipeline position without needing to drill into reports. We built WhatsApp integration so reps could log contact activity without leaving the app they used for calls.

What changed

In the three months following launch, the team acquired 3,500 new customers: a 2.5x increase on the same period the previous year. Retention improved because handoffs between reps were clean: every new rep picking up a deal had full context without a briefing call. Leadership got a live pipeline view for the first time, which changed how they ran weekly reviews.
